Printing out sections for a student's personal reference or class practice is permitted as long as the source is indicated. I have recommended it several times to others. The student uses metacognitive skills to both develop and deepen comprehension of increasingly complex texts.
The student is expected to use appropriate fluency rate, accuracy, and prosody when reading grade-level text.
